Airports Authority signs a memorandum of understanding with two Turkish and British companies.

  Tripoli, April 04, 2024 (LANA) - The head of the Airports Authority, “Muhammad Bait al-Mal,” signed a memorandum of understanding with the Turkish “Terminal Yapi” company and the British “IRG International group”, to form a coalition between them to finance the new Tripoli Airport project.

        The government stated on its Facebook page today, Thursday, that the memorandum that was signed based on the two companies’ extensive experience in the field of investment in airports aims to establish and define the technical and financial foundations that will be agreed upon between the parties to move forward with signing a final contract for the investment project, which will include financing infrastructure projects and to ensure the development and improvement of the services provided therein and meet the standards and requirements stipulated by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
