Tripoli, April 30, 2024 (LANA) - The Minister-designate of Oil and Gas, Khalifa Abdel-Sadiq, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, held extensive discussions with his Saudi counterpart, Abdel Aziz bin Salman, and his Egyptian counterpart, Tariq Al-Mulla, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, whose activities concluded yesterday.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed ways of international cooperation and growth in the field of energy, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), according to what was published by the "Our Government" platform of the Government of National Unity through its Facebook account.

In his speech at the forum, Abdel-Sadiq stressed that Libya, with its human potential and promising oil resources, aspires to play a major role in shaping the future of energy.
