Tunis, April 2, 2024 (Lana): Chargé d’Affaires Berndt at the U.S. Embassy in Libya, Jeremy Berndt, discussed with Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Adel Juma, Advisor to the Prime Minister Ibrahim Dabaiba, and their accompanying delegation joint cooperation between the countries.
This came during an Iftar gathering by Berndt at his residence in Tunis on Sunday, according to a tweet by the Embassy.
“We discussed prospects for breaking the political deadlock in Libya as well as developments in the region." Berndt said.
