Tripoli, April 23, 2024 (LANA) - The person in charge of running the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, “Al-Taher Al-Baour,” today, Tuesday, at the ministry’s headquarters, discussed bilateral relations with the delegation of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by “Karim Amlam,” the Ministerial Delegate for the Mediterranean, accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of France to Libya, “Mustafa Maharaj.” between the two countries and joint cooperation in various fields.

  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting discussed supporting efforts made to combat illegal immigration. In addition to discussing the latest developments in the political situation on the local and international arenas, noting that Al-Baour valued the French position in support of Palestine obtaining full membership in the United Nations.
