Tripoli, April 28, 2024 (LANA) - The meeting held by the person in charge of running the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Government of National Unity, “Al-Taher Al-Baour,” today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, “Gianluca Alberini Tolle,” and the accompanying delegation, discussed developments in the political process, and a number of regional issues of common interest, especially the issue of illegal immigration and the mechanisms taken in this regard.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting stressed the importance of pushing hard work between the two countries to strengthen and develop the bonds of cooperation and partnership in many fields, in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.
