The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs discusses in Indonesia granting entry visas to Libyan citizens and facilitating the residence of students.

Jakarta, April 28, 2024 (LANA) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, “Mohamed Issa,” discussed in Jakarta today, Sunday, with the Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister, “Bahala Mansouri,” the issue of granting entry visas to Libyan citizens and facilitating the residency of students studying in the Indonesian arena, in the presence of the Libyan ambassador to Indonesia "Zakaria Muhammad Al-Maghribi".

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries, as the two sides confirmed that Libya and Indonesia have close and important friendly relations. During the meeting, Issa and Libyan companies were invited to attend the Asia-Africa Conference, which will be held next September in the Indonesian city of Bali.

This visit was also an opportunity for Issa to meet with the ambassador and members of the Libyan embassy at the embassy headquarters to learn about the work assigned to them and to give directions from him in order to develop political and diplomatic activity and do everything possible to care for the Libyan community, according to the ministry.
