GNU Minister of Economy and Trade discusses with the Trade Attaché of the French Embassy mechanism for return of French companies to work in Libya.

Tripoli, 25 January 2022 (Lana) The Minister of Economy and Trade of the Government of National Unity Mohamed Al-Hawij discussed with the Trade Attaché at the French Embassy in Libya " Fanny Labrti" the mechanism for the return of French companies to work in Libya.
He also discussed, at the meeting, which was attended by Undersecretary of Commerce Suhail Abushiha, ways for French companies to return to work in Libya, and their contribution to infrastructure development, investment projects, and joint economic and commercial exhibitions.
They also discussed organizing events and economic activities this year with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the private sector in the two countries.
The two sides stressed importance of supporting the Libyan-French Joint Chamber of Commerce and strengthening its role in raising the level of trade.
