GNU presents the NOC's plans to increase its production rates of oil in Washington.

Tripoli, April 21, 2024 (Lana): Acting Minister of Oil, Khalifa Abdel Sadiq, presented plans of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in the Government of National Unity (GNU) to increase its production rates of oil and gas and ways to raise the level of joint cooperation and return of major American companies to contribute to increasing the production.

 This came during the reception of the National Security Officer for North Africa, Luke Reynolds, the Minister, Abdel Sadiq, and his accompanying government delegation at the White House in Washington.

According to the communication office of the GNU today, the meeting also discussed the energy file in light of the geopolitical challenges in the region and their effects on energy supplies and the stability of global markets.
