During his meeting with representatives of the Commission, Al-Ghawi asked to present their successful experiences in reconstruction in some countries that were exposed to war damage, with the aim of benefiting from the experiences gained and applying them in Libya.

The meeting discussed the tasks assigned to the Ministry of Housing and Construction pursuant to Cabinet Resolution No. 271 of 2012, which include inventorying buildings damaged by previous wars. It also reviewed the mechanism of work of the Central Committee for Compensation, which includes assigning agencies affiliated with the Ministry to assign engineering offices to assess the damage to those affected during previous wars.
