Russian Foreign Ministry announces: Russian rescue team is close to completing its mission in Derna.

Moscow, September 28, 2023 (LANA) - Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced that the specialized Russian rescue team is close to completing its mission in Derna.
Zakharova, said that the team worked around the clock over the past 10 days, in order to deal with the repercussions of the disaster and its effects left by storm Daniel in the most affected and dangerous areas.
She added that the Russian rescue team contributed effectively to search and rescue operations and removing rubble in the Libyan coastal areas that were devastated by the torrents caused by the storm.
