The American Embassy in Libya denies allegations and reports regarding the activities of Amentum Company in Libya.

Tripoli, April 13, 2024 (LANA) - The American Embassy in Libya denied reports that the “Amentum” company provides training for armed groups inside Libya on behalf of the American government.
The embassy said in a statement on its official Facebook page: "These claims are not factual and represent a mischaracterization of the classes Ammentum operates outside Libya for law enforcement personnel".
The embassy pointed out that Amentum is an implementing partner of the State Department's Counter-Terrorism Assistance Program, which is administered worldwide by the Office of Diplomatic Security.
