Al-Manfi arrives in Tunisia to participate in the first consultative meeting with Presidents Saied and Tebboune.

Tunisia, April 22, 2024 (LANA) - The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, arrived Monday afternoon in the capital, Tunis, where he was received by the President of the Tunisian Republic, Kais Saied.

Al-Manfi will participate later today in the first consultative meeting with Tunisian President Kais Saied and Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

President Kais Saied had sent an official invitation to the President of the Presidential Council and the Algerian President, to visit Tunisia on April 22 to participate in the first consultative meeting between the three countries, according to what the Tunisian Presidency said on Saturday.

  It is noteworthy that Libya, Algeria and Tunisia agreed during their meeting in Algeria on the sidelines of the summit of gas exporting countries at the beginning of last March to hold a tripartite meeting at the presidential level every three months, to coordinate partnership and cooperation efforts between the three countries.
