Two decisions by Hammad and Al-Dabaiba to appoint two heads of the judicial police.

Benghazi, March 16, 2023 (LANA) - The government appointed by the House of Representatives decided to appoint Major General Mustafa Abdel-Sadiq Saleh Adam as head of the Judicial Police Service, two days after a similar decision was issued by the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdel Hamid Al-Dabaiba.

  The second article of the government’s decision, which it published today, Saturday, on its Facebook page, under No. 59 of 2004, stipulates that this decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and every ruling that contradicts its provisions shall be repealed, and it obligated the concerned authorities to implement it and publish it in the Official Gazette.

Meanwhile, the Judicial Police Service published on its Facebook page this Saturday morning, Resolution No. (112) of 2024, regarding the nomination of “Sabri Muhammad Hadiya” as head of the Judicial Police Service.

Al-Dabaiba’s decision was issued on March 2, and the Judicial Police said that Hadiya “is one of the young talents in the Judicial Police and has the academic qualifications that qualify him for this position.”
