Tripoli, February 8, 2024 (LANA) - The United States of America renewed its support for efforts aimed at unifying the military establishment.
This came during a meeting with the military attaché at the US Embassy with a number of military officials in the city of Benghazi.
The US Embassy said, through its account on the “X” platform, that the Office of the Military Attaché affirmed the United States’ commitment to dealing with Libyan military officials and military institutions in all regions of the country.
According to the embassy’s publication, America will also support a credible electoral road map to ensure long-term peace, stability and prosperity in Libya.
