US Senator Bernie Sanders: Netanyahu continues to violate international law.

Washington, January 11, 2024 (LANA) - US Senator Bernie Sanders, a member of the Senate, said that Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Israeli occupation state, continues to violate international law and does not listen to the calls of President Biden and Secretary of State Blinken regarding the protection of civilians in Gaza.

Sanders added, in statements to American media on Thursday, that he will submit a draft resolution to the Senate next week to hold the State Department accountable for what is happening in Gaza.

He pointed out that the US Secretary of State, must provide information that allows us to determine whether Israel is violating international law or not.

Sanders concluded his statement by saying: “We must know whether there have been human rights violations that occurred in Gaza using American military aid.”
