Tripoli, September 06, 2022 (LANA) - Minister of Oil and Gas "Mohammed Aoun" discussed with the Chargé d'Affairs of the German Embassy in Libya and his accompanying delegation the return of German companies to work in Libya.

During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry's office in Tripoli, the two sides discussed strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the fields of alternative and renewable energies, maintenance of pipelines and provision of spare parts.

During the meeting, Aoun stressed that the Oil Ministry is making great efforts to maintain and increase production, praising the importance of Germany in the various activities of oil companies in the fields of clean energy and investment fields and increasing the country's refining capacities.
