Riyadh, March 11, 2024 (LANA) - The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed today, Monday, the Kingdom’s welcome of the results of the meeting that was hosted by the League of Arab States yesterday and included the President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Al-Manfi, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, and the President of the High Council of State, Muhammad Takala, to support the political settlement aimed at achieving holding presidential and parliamentary elections in Libya.

In a statement, the Ministry reaffirmed the Kingdom’s position in support of all Arab and international efforts aimed at achieving security and stability for Libya and its brotherly people, expressing Saudi Arabia’s stance and solidarity with everything that guarantees progress and prosperity for Libya and its people, and achieves its national interests.
