Tripoli, March 5, 2024 (LANA) - The Attorney General, Counselor Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, met today, Tuesday, in the capital, Tripoli, with the American Ambassador and Envoy to Libya, “Richard Norland,” and the Charge d’Affaires of the American Embassy, “Jeremy Brent.”
Ambassador Norland said in a tweet published by the US Embassy through its account on the X website: “Chargé d’Affaires Brent and I discussed with the Attorney General Al-Sour the American-Libyan cooperation in the field of the rule of law and criminal justice, which are key elements to ensure the stability of Libya in the long term and support its democratic future."
