Banjul, May 5, 2024 (LANA) - The recently elected President of the Republic of Senegal, Basserou Diomay Fay, praised today, Sunday, the depth of Libyan-Senegalese relations within the African Union, and the work to develop them in a way that serves the interests of the two African countries.
This came during the congratulations of the representative of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, to Senegalese President Fay on the occasion of his election as president of the country, on the sidelines of his participation in the 15th summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in the Gambian capital, Banjul.
