Tripoli, 1 August 2017(Lana) The President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj yesterday met the Mayor of Tobruk Ali Al Sugheir to discuss obstacles facing the Tobruk Municipality. Al Beidha, 1 August 2017(Lana) The President of the Constituent Assembly Noah Abdul Sayed has sent a letter to the Speaker and members of the Parliament, informing them that the Assembly had endorsed the draft constitution by a majority of 43 votes of a total of 44 votes cast by members who attended the session held at the Assembly's headquarters in Al Beidha. New York, 1 August 2017(Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salama has said he was prepared to help Libyan get out of their crisis. I am on the side of Libyans, but I cannot be a substitute, he said.
