Tripoli, 25 July 2017(Lana) A meeting was held yesterday at the headquarters of the Libyan Football Association, attended by the President of the General Youth and Sports Authority and presidents of football unions. The President of the General Youth and Sports Authority Ziyad Greira declared that the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord has allocated the sum of 30 million Libyan dinars to support elected sports clubs covering mainly the sports activities rather than other areas. Libyan Navy Rescues 150 Illegal Migrants.

Tripoli, 24 July 2017(Lana) Libyan coast guard have rescued 150 illegal migrants off the coast of Sabrata including 2 women and 4 children. The rescue operation took place on Monday 7 miles north of Sabrata, when the migrants who belonged to African and Asian nationalities were spotted by the guard patrol and taken on board 'Al Kifah' boat belonging to the coast guard, said Ayub Gassem, the Coast Guard spokesman.
