Tripoli, 5 September 2017 (Lana) The Congolese capital Brazzaville is hosting September 9, African Union High Committee meeting on Libya under the auspices of the Congolese President Denis Sasso Ngissau. Special sources which attended the work of the 3 rd meeting of the High Committee in Brazzaville said the Congolese President addressed invitations to all effective parties in Libya.
