Ubari, 25.04.2016 - Lana - Ubari municipality mayor "Ahmed Murtada" confirmed the situation stability in Ubari city , despite the continuation of electricity stoppages , up to four hours daily. New York, 25 April 2016(Lana) Libya has signed the Paris Protocol on Climate Change along with 174 other countries at a ceremony held at the UN headquarters here. Libya's UN representative Ibrahim Al Dabashi said at the signing ceremony 'climate change is a big challenge facing all humanity, and the agreement is an important step to confront it, but it needs a collective will to turn it from mere written text to concrete deeds.' Sebha, 25 April 2016(Lana) The Member of the Presidential Council, Minister of State Ahmed Hamza has reaffirmed commitment of the Presidential Council to alleviating the suffering of the residents of the South.
