Tripoli, 24 April 2016(Lana) The Higher State Council has held first meeting at the Council's official headquarters in the capital in the hospitality palaces in Hai Damashaq neighborhood. The Council said the hand over by the presidential guard of the headquarters, which was occupied by the General National Congress, was done in a smooth and peaceful way.
