Kuwait, 26 April 2016(Lana) A Libyan national has won the Kuwait international Qur'anic competition which was conducted on April 13-20. Mahmoud Suleiman Idris came first in the competition, which was held under patronage of the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.
