Ubari, 25.04.2016 - Lana - Ubari municipality mayor "Ahmed Murtada" confirmed the situation stability in Ubari city , despite the continuation of electricity stoppages , up to four hours daily. New York, 25 April 2016(Lana) Libya has signed the Paris Protocol on Climate Change along with 174 other countries at a ceremony held at the UN headquarters here.
