Tripoli, 19.04.2016(Lana) German Chancellor, Angela Merkle invited Tuesday, Faiyz Al Saraj, President of the Government of National Accord (GNA) to visit Berlin. Media Office of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord, said Markel held a phone call of President Al Saraj and invited him to visit Germany. Tripoli, 19.04.2016 (Lana) Dr Mohamed Al-Emari, Vice President of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord took over Monday two government premises; Ministry of Youths and Sport and Ministry of Social Affairs.
