Brussels, 19 April 2016(Lana) The EU Special Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said she did not rule out a visit to Libya in the coming weeks. Mogherini said the EU wanted to assist Libyan authorities on security, border control, capacity building, development and combating illegal migration.
