Italian Foreign Minister Receives UN Envoy to Libya.

Rome, 8 August 2017(Lana) The Italian Government announced Tuesday that Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano was to meet the UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salama. The Rome meeting, according to AKI news agency, came in the aftermath of the first visit by the UN Envoy to Libya, which involved the capital Tripoli and the cities of Al Guba and Al Beidha where the Envoy met separately with President of the Presidency Council Fayez Al Serraj, the President of the High State Council Abdul Rahman Al Swehli and the Speaker of Parliament Ageela Saleh.
