Tripoli, 27 August 2017(Lana) The National Oil Company has extended its thanks to the Special Deterrent Force, which was able to apprehend the so called 'Fahmi Salim Bin Khalifa', described as the biggest fuel smuggler in Libya, under an arrest warrant issued by the Prosecutor Office.
