Tripoli, 23 December 2015(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya has categorically dismissed a letter it was claimed to have addressed to the General National Congress under the number 164/2015 dated 26 November 2015, over unfreezing of Libyan assets with an amount exceeding $19 billion, as well as lifting sanctions on financial assets of more than 5 billion dollars and 1 billion Euros.
