At the end of its weekly meeting the council expressed hope that the accord would constitute a practical step that contributes to stability and security across Libya. 9900 food packages distributed to displaced families in Jebel Nufusa.

Tripoli, 21.12.2015(Lana) Libyan Red Crescent Society, Nalut Branch reported that 11 lorries loaded with 9900 food baskets arrived in nalut for distribution to displaced families in Jebel Nufusa. Member of the society told the media that the relief caravan is offered by World Food Programme in collaboration with Sheikh taher Al-Zawi institution and in coordination with Red Crescent Society. Hebron, 21 December 2015(Lana) Israeli occupation forces have detained 10 Palestinians youth in southern West Bank including 4 boys from Hebron. The Palestinian news agency said the occupation forces have detained the youth from the area south west of Hebron after searching their homes. Tripoli, 21 December 2015(Lana) A spokesman for the National Oil Company has dismissed reports of a sit in at the Al Sharara oil fields, confirming the ongoing blocking of the oil pipeline at Al Rayayna for nearly a year.
