Brussels, 15 December 2015(Lana) EU Foreign Ministers have authorized the foreign relations department to put in place a framework for rendering assistance to Libya which was agreed earlier and amounted to 100 million Euros. Beirut, 15 December 2015(Lana) The Lebanese judge investigating the disappearance of the Imam Musa Al Sadr and two companions during a visit to Libya in 1978 has issued an arrest warrant against Hannibal Gaddafi, son of the late Libyan dictator on charges of withholding information he possessed and non-cooperation with the enquiry. Tripoli, 14.12.2015(Lana) Libyan Archaeology authority and Libyan mission to UNESCO managed to secure a Red List for Libyan archaeology to protect archaeology from trafficking. The authority said the list includes pictures and information about movable archaeology vulnerable to theft and trafficking in order to introduce it and avert it the peril of illicit trade.
