Brussels, 15 December 2015(Lana) EU Foreign Ministers have authorized the foreign relations department to put in place a framework for rendering assistance to Libya which was agreed earlier and amounted to 100 million Euros. The announcement was made by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini during a press conference she held in Brussels on Monday at the end of the union foreign ministers.
