Tripoli, 21.12.2015(Lana) Tripoli Sector Coast Guard rescued Monday 106 illegal immigrants including 7 women off Janzour, who were on board a boat that was about to sink due to water leakage. Navy spokesman, Col Ayub Qassem told Lana that two immigrants were found dead and 10 unaccounted for because they jumped off when they spotted members of the coast guard according to accounts of their mates. Tripoli, 21.12.2015(Lana) Libyan Red Crescent Society, Nalut Branch reported that 11 lorries loaded with 9900 food baskets arrived in nalut for distribution to displaced families in Jebel Nufusa. Member of the society told the media that the relief caravan is offered by World Food Programme in collaboration with Sheikh taher Al-Zawi institution and in coordination with Red Crescent Society.
