Tripoli, 23.12..2015(Lana) Italian Oil company, ENI has confirmed that National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Tripoli is the legitimate authority as far as ENI is concerned. The emphasis were made during the meeting Tuesday of the CEO of Eni, Claudio Descaizi with chairman of the board of NOC, Mustfa Sanaalla.
