Tobrouk, 04.04.2016 (Lana) Water and Sanitation Company in Tobrouk has warned against imminent water crisis in the city due to its reliance on a desalination plant that was set up in 2000 and suffers shortages in potentials and has not undergone routine maintenance for 12 years.
