Tripoli, 02.01.2017(Lana) GNA Foreign Ministry has announced that one Libyan was killed and three others injured in the armed attack in Istanbul attack. Serte, 02.01.2017(Lana) Serte Crisis Committee dispatched a humanitarian aid to Jaref, Zafran and Dhuhair in Serte, offered by UNICEF and the International Red Cross in collaboration with the Libyan Red Crescent Society in Misrata. The aid includes food packages and detergents and household items and were distributed to families in the said areas. Head of the Crisis Committee told Lana reporter in Serte that two-hundred families in Jaref and 400 families in Zafran benefited from the aid. Tripoli, 01.01.2017(Lana) Vice- President of the Presidency Council, Ahmed Maitiq visited Sunday Tripoli's Burns & Cosmetics Hospital. Maitiq praised in the course of his tour of the hospital the efforts being made by the medical staff to offer good services to the patients despite scarce resources and lack of budget in the past two years. Tripoli, 01.01.2017( Lana) Libya Phone Company announced Sunday that communication services was halted for areas after Benghazi. In a statement-a copy of which was received by Lana- the company explained that communications of New Madar, Libyana as well as internet services lost after Benghazi area was due to severing an optical glass cable 1.5 km from Kawifia Post. Bariqa Oil and gas marketing Company reassured the public about the availability of quantities of fuel at company depots in Tripoli.
