Tripoli, 27.12.2016(Lana) Director of Studies and Humanitarian Policies Office at the National Centre for Economic Development, Hani Al Tarhuni underlined that hosting illegal immigrants at the detention centres incurs the Libyan state over 20 million dollars besides other expenses of medicine, treatment, transport and transportation.
