Fuel Distribution Companies Resume Supplies to Gas Stations.

Tripoli, 22 January 2018(Lana) The GNA Minister of Economy Naser Al Dresi held an extended meeting over the fuel crisis which resulted in an agreement by virtue of which the distribution companies have started supplying gas stations in and around the capital with petrol. HNEC head says number of registered electorates over two millions.

Electricity Company Says Consumers Can Expect 5 Hours Load- Shedding Power Outage.

Tripoli, 22 January 2018(Lana) The Electricity Company has warned customers that they could expect a 5 hour power outage on Monday as part of the Company's load-shedding scheme to address the shortfall in production. NOC announces opening of oil fields in Ejkhara.

Tripoli, 22 January 2018 (Lana) National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced the re-opening of the oil fields in Ejkhara run by Al harroj for Oil Operations after approval of the areas municipal council. NOC stated on its website that closure of Assara oil field led to the loss of 4.4 million barrels of oil incurring losses of 281,479,385 million Dollars.
