Algiers, 23 January 2018 (Lana) Foreign Minister, Mohamed Saila, met in Algiers with Secretary General of the Mediterranean Parliamentary Caucus. The Secretary General briefed the minister on the role of the caucus and its future programmes including its support to national parliaments on the Mediterranean basin. Tripoli, 23 January 2018 (Lana) High National Elections Commission (HNEC) has stated that registration of electorates would be available up to February 3 through SMS to be enrolled in the electrorate roll. It said the number of the elctorates registered up to January 22 reached 2,129,345 of whom 620,045 were registered after December 6, 2017, that is after opening of electorates record to update it.
