Tripoli, 24 January 2018(Lana) The National Metrological Centre has warned that heavy rain and unstable weather conditions will prevail the eastern part of Libya on Wednesday, with winds gusting at 60km/h over the Al Gabal Al Akhdar region and the eastern coast.
