EU Discuss Situation in Libya and Yemen.

Brussels, 8 February 2015(Lana) EU foreign ministers meet in Brussels on Monday to discuss developments in Libya, Yemen and Syria, as well as other issues concerning the region. The meeting to be chaired by the EU High Representative of Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogheirni, will focus primarily on the crisis in Libya and the UN effort to help conduct talks between the parties there. Tripoli, 8 February 2015(Lana) The UN-Sponsored national dialogue talks in Libya will kick off on Tuesday, said Abdul Gader Hweili, Member of the General National Congress who gave no venue for the meeting, except that it would be held in Libya. The UN Special Envoy to Libya Bernardino Leon, however, said at meeting, during a visit to Tripoli last week, the talks would be held within days. Algeria, 07.02.2015 - (Lana) The deputy American military commander in Africa "AFRICOM' 'Philip Carter' , on Thursday ruled-out military intervention in Libya , to end the conflict among fighting rivals , stressing that his country prefers the political solution for the crisis.
