Tripoli, 5 February 2015(Lana) The Acting Head of Professions and Tourist Control Affairs on Wednesday met directors of departments and representatives of 60 companies which do Hajj and Omra 'small pilgrimage', to discuss obtaining visas from the Saudi embassy in Tunis, for Libyans who wish to perform the Hajj and Omra to the Holy Land. Misrata, 5 February 2015(Lana) The Turkish Consulate in Misrata has announced that Libyan students who wish to study in Turkish higher education institutions do not need to obtain visas. 'The Secretary of the Turkish General Consul in Misrata Islam Makhzoum said 'the decision includes high certificates, masters degree, PhDs and specialization in medicine and dentistry. Sebha, 5 February 2015(Lana) After 20 day of their arrest, the fathers of two Libyans detained by the Algerian authorities on the border with Libya, have issued appeals for their prompt release.
