GNC decides to grant status of Judicial arrest officer to general intelligence.

Tripoli, 03.02.2015(Lana) The GNC decided, during its meeting in Tripoli on Tuesday, to amend resolution 7 for 2012, related to the general intelligence, and granted its staff the status of the judicial arrest officer. GNC spokesperson Omar Hmaidan, said in a press conference that the measure grants the Chief of intelligence authority to grant judicial arrest officer to some staff of intelligence, where they will have the authority to hold investigations, remand and other measure only enjoyed by the judicial arrest officer. ==...
