Tripoli, 11 February 2015(Lana) The General National Congress Local Affairs Committee has discussed at a coordinated meeting with the Higher Education Ministry the situation of Libyan students studying abroad, namely the best mechanism that can be put in place to resolve the problems they face. Man-made River Water is Re-pumped to Al Gordhabiya After 25 Day Halt.

Sirte, 11 February 2015(Lana) Water from the Man-made River pipeline network was flowing again into the 'Al Gordhabiya' reservoir, after more than 25 days halt, according to sources of the Water Co., and the MMR Authority in the central region. The MMR water reached the 'Al Gordhabiya' reservoir yesterday, and water was pumped from Tazerbou-Sarir to Ajdabiya and Sirte, said Eng. UNHCR Representative Warns Deterioration of Situation in Libya Could Lead to Massive Influx of Asylum Seekers in Malta.

Tripoli, 11 February 2015(Lana) The deterioration of stability in Libya could lead to an upsurge in Libyans seeking asylum in Malta, the local representative of UNHCR in Malta Jon Hoisaeter said.
