Tripoli, 15 February 2015 (Lana) The Interior Ministry of the National Salvation Government has offered its congratulations to members of the Libyan public on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of the February 17 Revolution, which toppled the regime of Gaddafi which reigned over the country for 42 years. Celebrations of the 2011 uprising were being anticipated in various Libyan cities. Sarir Pipeline Fire Extinguished.

Tripoli, 15 February 2015(Lana) The fire which broke out on the oil pipeline linking Al Sarir field to Al Hreiga terminal on Saturday has been put off on Sunday, a spokesman for the 'Al Khaleej Oil Co. announced. 'The Al Sarir oil field will resume pumping oil to the terminal normally, after a technical inspection of the pumps has been carried out, Omran Al Zwei said in press statements.
