Tripoli, 18 February 2015(Lana) The President of the General National Congress Nuri Abu Sahmain has said the Congress was seeking to activate the transition justice act. In a statement, to mark the 4th anniversary of the Feb 17 Revolution, Abu Sahmain said 'the transition justice law will help amend the rift, reclaim rights for those who were subjected to injustices, and also to ensure material reparations for the oppressed. Tripoli, 17 February 2015(Lana) The EU High Representative of Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogerini said the EU was pushing for a solution through negotiation between Libyan parties. 'The EU is considering several prospects including encouraging some Libyan parties by means of financial or otherwise to spur them to engage in the dialogue, Mogherini said.
