Kanagawa, Japan, 29 April 2105(Lana) A 12 year old Libyan girl was selected for prize at the Kanagawa Biennial Children Art Exhibition in Japan. Rawasi Omar Abuhol, who attends Tripoli Central School was among 21.000 children who contested at the 12-16 olds exhibition, which was established in 1981 and is conducted every two years. Sirte, 29 April 2105(Lana) The Head of the Sirte Local Council and members of the council along with notables of the area have attended an event to mark the 100th anniversary of the famous Al Gordhabiya Battle which Libyan fought against Italian colonial forces.
