Tripoli, 26.04.2015(Lana) Electricity Public Company announced distribution of loads manually and for long hours in Tripoli, Central area and Sebha to safeguard safety and stability of the network until maintenance of disconnected lines is completed. In a statement, the company explained that due to disconnection of 400 KV and 220 KV lines linking the Western area, Tripoli region and central area due to ongoing developments in the Western area, it has to distribute the load manually and for long hours daily. Italian authorities say the man named in court as Mohammed Ali Malek, 27, was in charge of the heavily overloaded fishing boat that capsized shortly before midnight on April 18 with hundreds of African and Bangladeshi migrants locked below deck.
