Tripoli, 26.04.2015(Lana) Electricity Public Company announced distribution of loads manually and for long hours in Tripoli, Central area and Sebha to safeguard safety and stability of the network until maintenance of disconnected lines is completed. Italian authorities say the man named in court as Mohammed Ali Malek, 27, was in charge of the heavily overloaded fishing boat that capsized shortly before midnight on April 18 with hundreds of African and Bangladeshi migrants locked below deck.
