Tripoli, 29.04.2015 (Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya, Bernardino Leon has revealed that the draft political agreement between Libyan rivals is still at development stage. In a statement Wednesday he said UNSMIL distributed early this week a draft political agreement proposal. Oil production down by 100,000 barrels.

Tripoli, 29.04.2015 (Lana) National Oil Corporation (NOC) said the Elephant oil Field 750 km south of the capital Tripoli is till unoperational after its closure by the security guards due to delay in disbursing their salaries.
