The CBoL underlined on its website that the main feature of the new ten-dinars note is that it can be recognized by the people with weak eyesight as it has a prominent silver strip and has immaculate security specifications that prevents fraud. Rome, 27 January 2106(Lana) Italian coast guard forces have rescued 1271 migrants in dinghy and wooden boats off the Libyan coast, as official said.
